高职学生7年心理健康追踪研究与对策——以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例

Mental Health Follow-up Study and Countermeasures of Vocational College Students in the Past 7 Years:Taking Kunming Metallurgy College as an Example

采用SCL-90测评工具,对2011~2017年入学一年级学生38 686人进行心理健康跟踪研究,其中测试学生的阳性中重度症状的检出率,总体上呈下降趋势,其中检出率在1%以上的因子是:强迫症状2.14%,人际关系敏感1.34%。年份对因子得分具有一定的预测性。汉族和其他少数民族学生在心理健康水平上基本没有显著差异。在性别间因子差异极其显著,女生在各因子上得分均高于男生。

The SCL-90 test tool was used to track the mental health situation of 38 686 first-year students from 2011 to 2017.The detection rate of positive,moderate and severe symptoms of the students was generally declining,among which the detection rate above 1%was 2.14%for obsessive-compulsive symptom and 1.34%for interpersonal sensitivity.The year is predictive of the factor score.There is no significant difference in mental health level between the Han students and other minority students.There was a significant difference between the genders,and girls scored higher than that of boys on all factors.
