基于新能源消纳/负荷平抑的电动汽车能量管理策略 被引量:4

摘要 针对分布式新能源与电动汽车在配网中的有序能量管理进行了研究,分析了分布式风光的概率分布特点,基于概率方法建立了风光等效负荷模型;分析了基于随机出行模拟的电动汽车负荷建模,细化并完善了出行特征量的建立方法;构建了电动汽车三层能量管理模型,明确了网侧调度中心与充电服务商的职责与分工,并在能量管理策略中提出了紧耦合和松耦合两种工作模式。仿真结果表明,所提的能量管理模型能有效促进新能源消纳与负荷平抑,实现了配网侧新能源消纳/负荷平抑,并满足充电服务商接受指导与自主调控所辖区域内电动汽车的需求。 The orderly energy management of distributed new energy and electric vehicle(EV)in distribution network is studied.The probability distribution of distributed wind and solar are ana?lyzed,and the wind and solar equivalent load model is established by probabilistic method.The electric vehicle load modely based on ran?dom travel simulation is analyzed,and the method of establishing the travel feature quantity is refined and improved.The three?layer ener?gy management model of the EV is constructed,the duties and divi?sion of the network side dispatching center and the charging service provider are clarified,the energy management strategy of tight cou?pling and loose coupling is proposed.The simulation results show that the energy management model proposed could effectively pro?mote new energy consumption and load stagnation,realize new ener?gy consumption/load stagnation on the distribution network,and the guidance and self?regulation of EV in the area under the jurisdiction of the demand of the charging service provider could be accepted.
