黄连素对多囊卵巢综合征模型大鼠的干预作用 被引量:5

Intervention effect of berberine on polycystic ovary syndrome in the model rats

摘要 目的探究黄连素对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)模型大鼠的干预作用及机制分析。方法选用清洁级SD雌性大鼠,予以硫酸普拉睾酮钠颈背部皮下注射建立PCOS大鼠模型,比较黄连素干预后实验大鼠大体指标变化,血清性激素水平变化及卵巢组织形态变化。结果与空白对照组大鼠相比,模型对照组大鼠卵巢呈多囊样改变,卵巢、肾上腺质量增加,血清17α-羟孕酮(17α-OHP)、血清睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)水平均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);予以黄连素干预后,黄连素治疗组大鼠动情周期得以恢复,卵巢形态部分恢复(8/9);血清17α-OHP、T、E2水平降低与模型对照组比较(P<0.05,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论黄连素能够恢复PCOS大鼠动情周期,一定程度恢复卵巢形态;降低模型大鼠血清雄激素水平,可能是黄连素治疗PCOS的作用机制之一。 Objective To explore the intervention effect and mechanism of berberine on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The clean-grade SD female rats were used.The subcutaneous injection with sodium prasterone sulfate at the nape region was adopted for the establishment of PCOS rat model.The gross indexes,serum sex hormone levels and ovarian tissue morphology were compared in the experimental rats after berberine intervention.Results Compared with the blank control group,the ovary was in polycystic change,the weight of ovaries and adrenal gland were increased and the levels of 17a-OHP,T and E 2 in serum in the model group were significantly higher(P<0.05).After berberine intervention,in the berberine treatment group,the estrus cycle of the rats was recovered,the ovarian morphology was recovered partially(8/9)and the levels of 17a-OHP,T and E 2 were reduced as compared with the model control group,indicating the statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Berberine restores the estrous cycle and ovarian morphology in PCOS rats to a certain extent,and reduces the level of serum androgen,which may be one of the mechanisms of berberine in the treatment of PCOS.
