基于真实世界电子医疗数据的脉血康胶囊治疗创伤性疾病人群特征分析及中药关联规则

Analysis of the population characteristics and the association rules of Chinese herbal medicine in traumatic diseases treated with maixuekang capsules on the base of the electronic medical data in the real world

目的分析使用脉血康胶囊在创伤性疾病患者中的特征以及其中药的关联规则。方法基于全国范围内14家大型三甲中医医院及综合性医院医院信息系统(HIS)数据库中脉血康胶囊临床用药情况,进行统计描述及关联规则分析。结果脉血康胶囊应用人群中男性968例(73.11%),女性356例(26.89%),性别缺失12例;年龄最小值8岁,最大值90岁,平均值40.64岁,进一步进行年龄分段分析,发现主要分布在18~45岁,共816例,占61.12%;以性别分层,发现男性患者以18~45岁最多(643例,占66.49%),女性患者也以18~45岁最多(170例,占47.75%)。脉血康胶囊主要与金天格胶囊、跌打七厘片、舒血宁注射液、接骨七厘片、丹参酮等合用。从药理作用看,常与活血化瘀剂、扶正祛邪剂、活血剂、抗菌消炎剂、化痰止咳剂等合用。结论脉血康胶囊在创伤性疾病中应用广泛,脉血康胶囊常与活血化瘀剂、扶正祛邪剂、凉血解毒、活血剂联用,主要与跌打七厘片、金天格胶囊、接骨七厘片联用。

Objective To analyze the population characteristics and the association rules of Chinese herbal medicine in traumatic diseases treated with maixuekang capsules on the base of the electronic medical data in the real world.Methods Based on the clinical medication situation of maixuekang capsules in hospital information system(HIS)in 14 large-scale 3A TCM and comprehensive hospitals in China,the statistical description and the association rule were analyzed.Results Of the patients using maixuekang capsules,968 cases were males(73.11%)and 356 cases were females(26.89%)and the sex of 12 cases was unknown.The age was ranged from 8 to 90 years,averagely 40.64 years.In the analysis of age distribution,it was found that 816 patients were aged from 18 to 45 years,accounting to 61.12%.Regarding sex distribution,the male patients were mostly in the age of 18 to 45 years(653 cases,66.49%)and the female patients were in such age category(170 cases,47.75%).Maixuekang capsules were often used together with jintiange capsules,diada qili tablets,shuxuening injection,jiegu qili tablets and tanshenone.In pharmacology,this drug is commonly combined with the agents for activating blood circulation,resolving stasis,strengthening the antipathogenic qi and eliminating pathogens,activating blood circulation,antibacterial and antiinflammatory effect,resolving phlegm and stopping cough.Conclusion In treatment of traumatic diseases,maixuekang capsules are used extensively and such drug is combined with the agents for activating blood circulation,resolving stasis,strengthening the antipathogenic qi and eliminating pathogens,cooling blood and detoxification and activating blood circulation.In clinical application,maixuekang capsules are mainly used together with diada qili tablets,jintiange capsules and jiegu qili tablets.
