益气化痰法治疗小儿哮喘缓解期虚实夹杂证38例临床观察

Clinical observation of 38 cases of infantile asthma at remission stage of the mixture type of deficiency and excess treated with the therapy for benefiting qi and resolving phlegm

目的探讨益气化痰法在治疗小儿哮喘缓解期虚实夹杂证中的临床疗效。方法选取2014年8月-2016年7月来我院就诊的哮喘缓解期虚实夹杂证小儿75例,随机分为治疗组38例及对照组37例。对照组采用西药对症治疗,治疗组采用益气化痰法治疗。观察两组治疗后临床疗效,两组患儿治疗后咳嗽、喘息及肺部哮鸣音消失时间,及比较两组患者治疗前后日间症状评分、夜间症状评分的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,治疗组患儿咳嗽、喘息及肺部哮鸣音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前及治疗1个月后的日间症状评分、夜间症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗1个月后的日间症状评分、夜间症状评分分别显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化痰法治疗小儿哮喘缓解期虚实夹杂证临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect on infantile asthma at remission stage of the mixture type of deficiency and excess treated with the therapy for benefiting qi and resolving phlegm.Methods From August 2014 to July 2016,75 cases of infantile asthma at remission stage of the mixture type of deficiency and excess were collected and randomized into a treatment group(38 cases)and a control group(37 cases).In the control group,the symptomatic treatment with western medication was adopted.In the treatment group,the therapy for benefiting qi and resolving phlegm was used.After treatment,the clinical effect and the disappearance time of cough,asthmatic breathing and wheezing were observed,the daytime symptom score and nighttime symptom score were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher obviously than the control group(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,the disappearance time of cough,asthmatic breathing and wheezing in the treatment group was earlier than the control group(P<0.05).The differences were significant in the daytime symptom score and the nighttime symptom score 1 month after treatment as compared with the score before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The scores in the treatment group were lower significantly than the control group 1 month after treatment.Conclusion The therapy for benefiting qi and resolving phlegm achieves the significant effect on infantile asthma at remission stage of the mixture type of deficiency and excess,thus,it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
