磷酸铵镁法处理高浓度氨氮废水的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用磷酸铵镁沉降法对氨氮的脱除效果进行了工艺条件探索。以高浓度含氮废水作为研究对象,分别考察了含氮废水的初始pH值、沉淀剂加入方式、反应时间、陈化时间、反应动力条件对磷酸铵镁脱氮率的影响。结果表明,含氮废水的初始pH值为9.5时,磷酸铵镁法对废水中的氨氮去除效果最好,沉淀剂最佳加入方式为配制成溶液逐滴滴加,沉淀陈化20 min是最佳时间,反应30 min、搅拌速率是80 r·min^-1时脱氮率达到最大值。 This study focuses on the application of magnesium ammonium phosphate to the ammonium removal from wastewater.The experimental conditions such as initial value of pH,the adding method of chemicals,aging time,reaction time and stirring rate were investigated in order to obtain the optimized conditions for high removal efficiency.The experimental results show that the optimal initial pH value of solution is 9.5,and the precipitant reagent should be added into wastewater by drop and drop with a stirring rate of 80 r·min^-1 allowing precipitation for 20 minutes and then chemical reaction for 30 minutes.
