摘要
为了更好地解决国内装备内腔的封存防护问题,对气相封存防护油进行了研制。通过对基础油和添加剂的选择, 确定了气相封存防护油由45号变压器油,1.70%的复合气相防锈剂(长链脂肪胺+环烷胺+杂环化合物),6.40%的石油磺酸 钙,0.70%的羧酸和0.20%的羧酸皂组成,同时不含重金属元素。气相封存防护油的湿热试验(45号钢)超过了480h,盐雾试 验(45号钢)达到了43h,气相防锈试验(45号钢)超过了8h。研制的气相封存防护油与环境友好,具有优异的防护性能,达到 了国际先进水平。
In order to better solve the problem of sealed storage and protection of internal chamber of domestic equipment, the vapor phase sealed storage preventive oil was developed. Through the selection of base Stocks and additives, it was determined that the vapor phase sealed storage preventive oil consisted of No.45 transformer oil, 1.70% complex vapor phase corrosion inhibitor( long chain aliphatic amine + cycloalkylamine + heterocyclic compound), 6.40% calcium petroleum sulfonate, 0.70% carboxylic acid and 0.20% carboxylate, without heavy metal elements. The wet heat tes(t No.45 steel) of the vapor phase sealed storage preventive oil exceeded 480 h,the salt spray tes(t No.45 steel) reached 43 h,and the vapor phase corrosion prevention tes(t No.45 steel) exceeded 8 h. The developed vapor phase sealed storage preventive oil was environmentally friendly and had excellent preventive performance,and reached the international advanced level.
