工业齿轮油的相容性评价

Evaluation on Compatibility of Industrial Gear Oils

船舶齿轮传动系统中会使用到不同品牌的齿轮油,在使用过程中这些齿轮油不可避免地会发生相互混合的情况。与原来的齿轮油相比较,混合齿轮油的性能会发生变化,相互间存在着一个相容性问题。对长城AP-S220,昆仑KG/S220,美孚SHC630及壳牌S4GX220等4种黏度等级为220的工业齿轮油的相容性进行了评价。长城AP-S220齿轮油与美孚SHC 630齿轮油及壳牌S4GX220齿轮油具有良好的相容性,可以混合使用,混合齿轮油的性能满足L-CKD220齿轮油质量指标。而昆仑齿轮油与长城齿轮油,美孚齿轮油及壳牌齿轮油均不相容,主要表现为液相锈蚀不合格。

Different brands of gear oils were used in marine gear transmission system.Inevitably,these gear oils mixed with each other during using.Compared with the original gear oils,the performances of the mixed gear oils would be changed,and there was a compatibility problem between each other.The compatibility of industrial gear oils with viscosity levels of 220,such as Great Wall AP-S 220,Kunlun KG/S 220,Mobil SHC 630 and Shell S4GX 220,was evaluated.Great Wall AP-S 220 gear oil had good compatibility with Mobil SHC 630 gear oil and Shell S4GX 220 gear oil.They were could be mixed during using.The performances of mixed gear oils could meet the quality index of L-CKD 220 gear oils.However,Kunlun gear oil was incompatible with Great Wall gear oil,Mobil gear oil and Shell gear oil,which was mainly manifested in liquid phase corrosion.
