固体氧化物燃料电池LSCF基复合阴极的电化学性能研究

摘要 La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)是一种应用较为广泛的固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)阴极材料,但是,在中温条件下其极化阻抗较高。本文通过向LSCF中分别添加Er0.4Bi1.6O3-δ(ESB)和ESB-Ag,制备了复合阴极,并对其物相组成、电化学性能进行了研究。研究表明,仅添加ESB会导致LSCF阴极性能降低,而添加ESB-Ag则能够获得优异的电化学性能。LSCF-ESB-Ag复合阴极在700℃空气条件下测得的极化阻抗为0.34Ω·cm^2,所制备单电池的最高功率密度为32.5mW·cm^-2。 La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)is a widely used cathode material of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC),but its polarization impedance is high at medium temperature.In this paper,composite cathode was prepared by adding Er0.4Bi1.6O3-δ(ESB)and ESB-Ag into LSCF,and the phase composition and electrochemical performance were studied.The results show that the addition of ESB leads to the degradation of cathode performance of LSCF,while the addition of ESB-Ag obtains excellent electrochemical performance.The polarization impedance of LSCF-ESB-Ag composite cathode under the condition of 700℃ in air is 0.34Ω·cm^2,and the peak power density of the single cell is 32.5 mW·cm^-2.
