贵阳4291例医院机会性筛查HPV感染状况分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解医院机会性筛查人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染分布情况,为贵阳地区宫颈癌防治提供重要依据。方法应用PCR及反向杂交技术对贵航贵阳医院门诊及住院的4291例妇女进行HPV检测,观察21种HPV基因型分布情况。结果4 291例妇女HPV感染率为18.01%(773/4291),高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染率为16.43%(705/4291),低危型HPV(LR-HPV)感染率为2.63%(113/4 291),不同年龄段间HPV感染率、HR-HPV及LR-HPV感染率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单一型别HPV感染占总感染人数的80.21%(620/773),多重HR-HPV感染占总感染人数的13.84%(107/273),不同年龄段间多重HR-HPV感染比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);21种HPV基因型别均被检出,感染居前3位的是HPV52、HPV16、HPV39型。结论该地区HPV感染与年龄无关,有性生活的女性应加强HPV筛查意识,定期体检有助于该地区宫颈癌防治。 Objective To investigate the distribution of HPV infection in hospital opportunistic screening population,and to provide an important basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in Guiyang.Methods PCR and reverse hybridization were used to detect the distribution of 21 HPV genotypes in 4 291 women in Guiyang Hospital of Guizhou Aviation Industry Group.Results The infection rate of HPV in 4 291 women was 18.01%(773/4 291),among which the infection rate of high-risk HPV(HR-HPV)was 16.43%(705/4 291),the infection rate of low-risk HPV(LR-HPV)was 2.63%(113/4 291).There was no significant difference among different age groups in HPV infection rate,HR-HPV infection rate and LR-HPV infection rate(P>0.05).That of single-type HPV was 80.21%(620/773),and that of multiple HR-HPV was 13.84%(107/773).The difference in infection rate of multiple HR-HPV was statistically significant among different age groups(P<0.05).21 HPV genotypes were all detected,and the top three ones were HPV type 52,16 and 39.Conclusion HPV infection is not related to age in this area.Women with sex should realize the importance of HPV screening and take regular physical examination,which is helpful for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
