摘要 本文在总结近几年传统电解法开停车期间生产实践的基础上,从电解液成分、电解液过滤、电解液温度、电解液体积以及添加剂等方面详细介绍了其对系统开停车稳定性的影响,并制定了相应的措施。铜电解开车分为系统开车前和开车后两个阶段,开车前主要是重新配制电解液,开车后主要是随着生产组织的逐步变化及时调整工艺条件,通过开车前后的工艺控制,得到的阴极铜质量较好,A级铜产出率达到99.36%。 On the basis of summarizing the production practice of traditional electrolysis during start-up and shutdown in recent years,the influence of electrolyte composition,electrolyte filtration,electrolyte temperature,electrolyte volume and additives on the start-up stability of the system is introduced in detail in this paper,and the corresponding measures are worked out.Copper electrolysis start-up can be divided into two stages:before and after the start-up of the system.Before driving,the main work is to reconstitute the electrolyte.After driving,the process conditions are adjusted in time with the gradual change of production organization.The quality of cathode copper obtained by process control before and after start-up is good,and the output rate of grade A copper reaches 99.36%.
