摘要
基于煤粉及煤粉与生物质炭的混合试样进行工业分析、热重分析。研究煤粉中占不同比例的生物质炭对煤粉燃烧率的影响。结果表明,随着生物质炭所占比例的增加,试样的着火点硫含量均降低,燃烧速度加快,燃烧率增加,有利于高炉的冶炼。
Based on the industrial analysis and thermo gravimetric analysis,the effects of different proportions of biomass carbon in coal on the combustion rate coal were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the proportion of biomass carbon,the content of sulfur at the ignition point of the samples decreased,the combustion speed increased,and the combustion rate increased,which was beneficial to blast furnace smelting.
