铁代钴镍高粘结相硬质合金的组织和性能

Microstructures and properties of high binder content cemented carbides prepared with iron for substituting cobalt and nickel

摘要 实验采用羰基Fe部分替代WC-15Co-15Ni合金粘结相中Co和Ni,制备了WC-12Co-9Ni-9Fe,WC-9Co-12Ni-9Fe,WC-9Co-9Ni-12Fe三种混合料,并与WC-15Co-15Ni生产料同时压制烧结成合金,对比合金性能。实验结果表明,Fe粉替代制备的三种合金致密度均能达99%以上,WC-12Co-9Ni-9Fe合金的硬度和抗弯强度综合性能最好。通过对WC-12Co-9Ni-9Fe、WC-15Co-15Ni两种合金进行冲击韧性、磨粒磨损、热常数、XRD分析表明,WC-12Co-9Ni-9Fe合金的冲击韧性略低,但耐磨性和导热性无明显降低,物相中无脱碳相和石墨相。制备的WC-12Co-9Ni-9Fe合金能替代WC-15Co-15Ni,降低了生产成本,可用作棒线轧制辊环、耐磨件。 Three groups of grade powders,WC-12 Co-9 Ni-9 Fe,WC-9 Co-12 Ni-9 Fe and WC-9 Co-9 Ni-12 Fe,were prepared with iron for substituting partly cobalt and nickel as binder,pressed and sintered with production prepared WC-15 Co-15 Ni simultaneously.The results show that the cemented carbide of WC-12 Co-9 Ni-9 Fe has comprehensive performance of hardness and TRS.It was analyzed of microstructures and properties(hardness,TRS,impact toughness,abrasive wear and heat conductivity coefficient)of WC-12 Co-9 Ni-9 Fe and WC-15 Co-15 Ni,It reveals that WC-12 Co-9 Ni-9 Fe alloy withoutη-phase and graphite-phase has the lower impact toughness and almost the same wear resistance and heat conductivity.WC-12 Co-9 Ni-9 Fe cemented carbide is able to substitute WC-15 Co-15 Ni,reducing properly the production cost,which is suitable for production of roll rings and wear-resistant products.
