黄淮南片小麦品种(系)品质现状分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过对参加2014—2018年度黄淮南片小麦区域试验的293个参试品种(系)的籽粒品质进行分析,结果表明,籽粒容重的变异系数较小,年际间差异小;蛋白质和湿面筋含量均呈上升趋势,说明近年来黄淮南片育成小麦品种在注重产量的同时,蛋白质和湿面筋的含量也在提高;稳定时间的变异系数最大,不同品种(系)在不同年份差异较大。黄淮南片2014—2018年度区试品种(系)以中筋品种为主,其次为强筋、中强筋,没有弱筋品种(系)。因此,当前黄淮南片小麦品质改良的重点是稳定时间的改良、各品质性状平衡协调发展。 Through the analysis of the grain quality indexes of 293 wheat varieties(lines)in the regional trials of wheat in south huanghuai region from 2014 to 2018,the results indicated that the unit weight have comparatively lower variation coefficient,and relatively lower inter-annual difference.The content of protein and wet gluten were on the rise,which indicated that the content of protein and wet gluten was also on the rise in recent years,with the emphasizing of production.The stability time have comparatively higher variation coefficient,and the variation of different varieties(lines)in inter-annual were great.Most varieties(lines)were classified into middle gluten type,followed by strong gluten and middle-strong gluten,and no weak gluten varieties(lines)in 2014—2018 of south huanghuai.Therefore,stability time improvement was still the key target in breed wheat breeding in the future,and we should improve grain quality parameters in balance and stability at the same time.
