葡萄糖氧化酶和复合预混合饲料对育成生长期蓝狐血清生化指标的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨葡萄糖氧化酶和复合预混合饲料对育成生长期蓝狐血清生化指标的影响。试验选取40只健康雄性蓝狐,随机分成4组;对照组饲喂基础日粮,在基础日粮(未额外添加维生素和微量元素)中添加1%复合预混合饲料作为试验Ⅰ组,在基础日粮中添加0.1%葡萄糖氧化酶作为试验Ⅱ组,在基础日粮中(未额外添加维生素和微量元素)添加1%复合预混合饲料+0.1%葡萄糖氧化酶作为试验Ⅲ组;每组10只蓝狐,每个重复1只,预饲期7 d,试验期54 d。结果表明,试验Ⅲ组血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量极显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),与试验Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05),不同添加剂对育成生长期蓝狐血清白蛋白含量无显著影响(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组血清IgA含量极显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组血清IgA含量差异不显著,对照组和试验Ⅰ组血清IgA含量差异不显著(P>0.05);不同添加剂对育成生长期蓝狐血清IgM和IgG含量均无显著影响(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组血清总抗氧化能力极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);各试验组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),各试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05);不同添加剂对育成生长期蓝狐血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,基础饲粮(未额外添加维生素和微量元素)中添加0.1%葡萄糖氧化酶+1%复合预混合饲料更有利于育成生长期蓝狐机体对蛋白质的吸收与代谢,能够提高机体的抗氧化性能,增强机体的抵抗力。 In order to study the effects of glucose oxidase and compound premix on serumbiochemical indices ofblue fox during the growth period.40 healthy male blue foxeswere selected and randomly divided into 4 groups;Blue foxes in control group,groupⅠ,groupⅡ,group Ⅲ were fed with the basic diet(no supplement of vitamin and trace element),basic diet+1% compound premix,basic diet no supplement of vitamin and trace element+0.1% glucose oxidase,1% compound premix+0.1% glucose oxidase,respectively;There were 10 blue foxes in each group,with each blue fox as repetition.The pre-test period was 7 days and the trial period was 54days.The results showed the serum total protein and globulin contents in test group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the control group and test groupⅠ(P<0.01),which had no significant difference with those in test group Ⅱ(P>0.05),Different additives had no significant effect on serum album in(P>0.05);SerumIgA content in test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the control group and test groupⅠ(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in serum IgA between test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ(P>0.05),between test groupⅠand control group(P>0.05).Different additives had no significant effect on the contents of IgM and IgG in the serum of blue fox during the growth period(P>0.05).The serum T-AOC in test group Ⅲ was extremely significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in test groupⅠand test group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The serum GSH-Px content in test groups were extremely significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference among different test groups(P>0.05).Different additives had no significant effect on the serum SOD and MDA contents in blue fox during the growth period(P>0.05).Therefore,supplementing 0.1%glucose oxidase+1% compound premix in the basic diet(no addition of vitamins and trace elements)was more conducive to the protein absorption and metabolismof blue fox body during the growth period,which improve the antioxidant performance and enhance the resistance of the body.
