摘要
犬瘟热是由犬瘟热病毒引起急性、热性、高度接触性传染病,貂、狐、貉、犬、熊猫、虎等动物易感。本试验研究了犬瘟热CDV-PS株对犬的致病力。结果发现,试验犬于病毒接种后的19 d死亡;脏器剖检肺部有出血斑,肝脏肿大,肠系膜充血,膀胱壁变厚;组织切片脾脏淋巴细胞浸润,肺气肿,脑组织神经细胞自噬现象;构建犬瘟热病毒H基因遗传发育树,CDV-PS株分类于Asia-1型分支,与目前我国主要的犬瘟热病毒流行株类型一致。本研究对犬瘟热病毒CDV-PS株感染犬的临床症状、脏器剖检、组织病理变化以及病毒体内分布和H基因特征进行了详细研究,为更好地预防和控制犬瘟热提供基础。
Canine distemper is an acute,heat,high contagious disease in fur animals(minks,foxes,raccoon dogs et al.)and wild animals(tigers,panders et al.),caused by canine distemper virus which is a member of the genus Morbillivirus of the family Paramyxoviridae.Canine distemper with infectivity and mortality,brings huge economic loss to fur breeding industry.In this study,we used CDV-PS strain to analyze the pathogenicity of the experimental dogs.The results showed that the virus-infected dogs died on the 19 th day after inoculation.The anatomical examination of viscera revealed the pulmonary hemorrhage,hepatomegaly,mesenteric congestion,thickening of the bladder wall;we found phenomena as spleen lymphocyte infiltration,lung emphysema,autophagy of nerve cells in brain.The CDV-PS strain is classified into the Asia-1 type branch by constructing the genetic development tree of the canine distemper virusHgene,which is consistent with the current type of the main canine distemper virus strain in China.In this study,we investigated the clinical symptoms,organs changes,tissue pathological changes,virus distribution in vivo of dog CDV-PS infected experimental dogs and characteristic ofHgene in detail,which providing references for better controlling and protecting fromcanine distemper.
