复方阿胶泡腾片中4种氨基酸含量测定

Determination of Four Amino Acids in Compound Effervescent Tablets of Ejiao

采用高效液相色谱法对复方阿胶泡腾片中的4种氨基酸含量进行测定。色谱柱:Unitary C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:A相为乙腈∶0.1 mol/L醋酸钠溶液(醋酸调节pH为6.5)(7∶93),B相为乙腈∶水(4∶1),按照一定梯度进行洗脱;流速:1mL/min;波长:254 nm;柱温:43℃;进样量:5μL/min。测定产品中L-羟脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸的含量均值分别为9.345 9、20.520 0、10.580 0、14.736 0 mg/g。方法学研究表明,试验所选用的测定复方阿胶泡腾片中4种氨基酸含量的方法稳定、准确、可行。

The contents of four amino acids in compound Ejiao effervescent tablets were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Chromatographic column:Unitary C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);Acetonitrile:0.1 mol/L sodium accetate solution(7∶93)(acetic acid adjusted pH to 6.5)was prepared as mobile phase A,acetonitrile:water(4∶1)as mobile phase B,eluted according to a certain gradient;flowrate:1 mL/min;wavelength:254 nmcolumn temperature:43℃;injection volume:5 mL/min.The average contents of L-hydroxyproline,glycine,alanine and L-proline were 9.345 9,20.520 0,10.580 0 and 14.736 0 mg/g,respectively.Methodological study shows that the method for the determination of four amino acids in compound Ejiao effervescent tablets is stable,accurate and feasible.
