促智药物是一类能改善认知、记忆或智力的药物,具有激活、保护和修复脑细胞的作用,引起了国内、外的广泛关注。通过检索近年促智药物的相关文献,对合成和天然促智药物种类进行了综述,为促智药物的深入研究及开发利用提供参考。

Nootropic drugs,a kind of drugs improving cognition,memory or intelligence,which have the function of activating,protecting and repairing brain cells,havebeen attracted extensive attention fromdomestic and abroad.In order to provide a reference for the further research,development and utilization of the nootropic drugs,the synthetic and natural nootropic drugs were reviewed by searching the relevant literature of the nootropic drugsin recent ten years.
