肝星状细胞活化相关信号通路的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 肝纤维化是以细胞外基质(ECM)网络聚集为特征的一种动态过程,可因为各种不同的病因而导致慢性肝损伤,包括病毒感染,酒精性肝病以及非酒精性脂肪性肝炎[1]。肝纤维化实质是肝脏对各种损伤所产生的一种修复反应,其特征是ECM合成大于降解,在肝脏内过度沉积。肝星状细胞(HSCs)是肝纤维化的细胞学基础,是肝纤维化的主要效应细胞,其活化是肝纤维化形成的开端[2]。HSCs活化受多种细胞信号分子和胞内信号通路的调控,研究作用于这些信号转导过程或阻断这些信号转导级联反应的作用靶点,将成为防治肝纤维化的重要策略。
