Thinking on the machinery intelligent manufacturing system

机械智能化制造系统从规模上划分为智能化制造单元、制造线、制造工厂,关键技术包括计算机辅助设计、模糊控制技术、人工智能、人工神经网络技术等,并呈现出全球化、信息化、绿色化发展趋势.通过上述思考,旨在不断完善制造系统、理清发展思路,促进我国机械制造业向更好的方向发展.

Machinery intelligent manufacturing system can be divided into the categories of intelligent manufacturing unit,manufacturing line and manufacturing factory.The key technologies include CAD(computer aided design),fuzzy control technology,AI(artificial technology),ANN(artificial neural network),etc,which has shown the tendency of globalization,informationization and greenization.Through the above thinking,we intend to perfect the manufacturing system,figure out the developing ideas and promote the domestic manufacturing industry to a better direction.
