摘要 为了研究心理学原理与方法对体育教学的作用,在体育教学中以积极心理学团体活动课为手段,对实验组进行为期12周的训练,通过实验组与对照组前测、后测的数据分析,探究心理学在体育教学中的实施效果.结果表明:在高职体育教学中运用心理学原理与方法,提高了教学效果以及学生的学习自主性和思维创造性,对更新教师的教学理念、深化教学实践,具有积极的推动作用,从而促进了体育教学活动的开展和学生身心的健康发展. In order to study the effect of psychological principles and methods on physical education teaching,the positive psychology group activity class is used in physical education teaching.The experimental group is trained for 12 weeks.By analyzing the pre-test and post-test data of the experimental group and the control group,we explore the implementation effect of psychology in physical education teaching.The results show that applying psychological principles and methods to physical education teaching can improve the teaching effect and students′learning autonomy and thinking creativity in physical education teaching.It plays an active role in renewing teachers′teaching concepts and deepening teaching practice and promotes the development of physical education activities and the healthy development of students'body and mind.
