In order to promote the healthy physical and mental development of students in secondary vocational schools,cultivate their good posture and image,the paper analyzes the present situation of physical training teaching and the feasibility of its integration with the aerobics teaching,and proposes the effective ways to integrate the physical training and aerobics teaching.Practice has proved that the effectively integrated teaching model is of great significance for comprehensively improving students′physical and mental health,cultivating physical coordination and aesthetic consciousness,improving teaching quality and relieving students′pressure.
