长泰枋洋水利枢纽工程生态补偿机制浅议

Study on ecological compensation mechanism of Changtai Fangyang Water Control Project

以漳州长泰枋洋水利枢纽工程周围环境为研究对象,实地调查其生态环境现状,分析实施生态补偿的必要性.运用生态补偿相关原理,从生态系统服务功能价值评估、生态补偿标准核算和生态补偿方式三个方面对该区域进行评价,并提出生态补偿机制的相关措施及建议,为该区域的生态修复与改善提供参考.

Taking the surrounding environment of Zhangzhou Changtai Fangyang Water Control Project as the research object,the present situation of its ecological environment is investigated on the spot,and the necessity of implementing ecological compensation is analyzed.Based on the relevant principles of ecological compensation,this paper evaluates the region from three aspects of the value assessment of the ecosystem service,ecological compensation standard accounting and ecological compensation ways,and proposes relevant measures and suggestions of ecological compensation mechanism,which provides reference for ecological restoration and improvement in the region.
