勤工助学学生一般自我效能感和主观幸福感的调查研究

摘要 以南方某大学经济困难生为研究对象,探索高校勤工助学模式对该群体学生的心理健康发展和主观幸福感产生的影响.通过问卷调查和定量分析发现,与非勤工助学学生相比,勤工助学学生一般自我效能感会增加,进而带来的主观幸福感体验更明显,且勤工助学时长越长则这种体验越强,说明高校勤工助学模式有助于帮助经济困难生建立更加健全的人格和心理,符合“资助育人”教育理念,应在高校资助体系中大力推广. Taking the impoverished students of a college in southern China as the research objects,the paper explores the influence of the work-study mode on the mental health development and the subjective well-being of students.Compared with non work-study students,the general self-efficacy of work-study students can increase and then brings more obvious subjective well-being experience from the questionnaire investigation and quantitative analysis.Moreover,the longer students work in the mode,the stronger their subjective well-being grows.The results indicate that the college work-study mode can help the impoverished students to build more perfect personality and psychology,in line with the concept of″educating students by subsidizing″.Therefore,the work-study mode should be promoted in the college subsidizing system.
