摘要
目的:分析爬行训练对脑瘫患儿爬行、认知、语言功能与智力的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月神经内科101例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,掷币法分为两组。对照组50例行常规运动训练,试验组51例采用爬行训练,采用肢体运动功能评分量表、残疾儿童综合功能评定量表、中国韦氏儿童智力量表对患儿爬行、认知、语言功能及智力进行评估。结果:对照组爬行、认知、语言功能及智力评分均低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:通过爬行训练对脑瘫患儿进行治疗,可显著改善患儿爬行、认知、语言功能,提高其智力及注意力。
Objective: To analyze the effects of crawling training on crawling,cognition,language function and intelligence of children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 101 children with cerebral palsy from January 2016 to January 2017 in the Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by coin tossing method. Fifty cases in the control group were given routine exercise training,and 51 cases in the experimental group were given crawling training.The crawling,cognitive,linguistic function and intelligence of the children were assessed by the limb motor function score scale,the comprehensive functional assessment scale for disabled children and the Chinese Wechsler Children Intelligence Scale. Results: The scores of crawling,cognitive,language function and intelligence in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Crawling training can significantly improve the crawling, cognitive and linguistic functions of children with cerebral palsy, and improve their intelligence and attention.
