小组制排班模式在麻醉恢复室管理中的应用

Application of group scheduling model in management of post-anaesthesia care unit

目的:探讨科学有效的麻醉恢复室排班模式,提升麻醉科护理管理品质。方法:对比分析麻醉恢复室传统排班模式和组长负责制小组排班模式两种排班模式下护理质量督导评分、低年资护士操作考核评分、护理交接班满意度调查的差异。结果:小组制排班模式下护理质量督导评分、低年资护士操作考核评分、护理交接班满意度调查结果均高于传统排班模式,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:小组制排班模式可有效保障术后苏醒期患者安全,规范低年资护士培训,提高麻醉恢复室护理管理质量。

Objective:To explore a scientific and effective scheduling model of post-anaesthesia care unit(PACU)and improve the quality of nursing management Methods:The score of nursing quality supervision,the score of operation examination of junior nurses and the degree of satisfaction survey of nursing shift handover between the traditional shift model and the group scheduling model of PACU were compared and analyzed.Results:The score of nursing quality supervision,the score of operation examination of junior nurses and the degree of satisfaction of nursing shift handover were significantly higher in the group scheduling model than those in the traditional scheduling model(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Group scheduling model can effectively protect the safety of patients in PACU during the recovery period,standardize the training of junior nurses as well as improve the quality of nursing management of PACU.
