“智慧公安”驱动下的警务机制改革现状与发展

On the Present Situation of Police Mechanism Reform and Development Driven by Wisdom Public Security

“智慧公安”是创新并集成应用大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等技术的新警务模式,推动了警务工作的融合共享、互联互通和实战引领,实现了对公共安全和社会治安风险隐患的全地域、全领域数字化覆盖,但存在标准的制定与统一有待加强等问题。应以“智慧公安”为驱动力,从推动“互联网+侦查”的协同执法模式、构建“智能化+管控”的精准警务模式、践行“网络化+服务”的便民服务模式三个方面推动警务机制改革创新。

Wisdom public security represents an innovation and a new police model integrating big data application,cloud computing,internet of things,and artificial intelligence,promoting the integration and sharing of police work,connectivity and practical combat leadership,and realizing digital coverage of the whole region and the whole field with public security risks and hidden dangers.However,it still withesses deficient formulation and unification of the standards.Therefore,driven by wisdom public security,efforts should be made to promote reform and innovation of the police mechanism by promoting cooperative law enforcement model of"internet plus investigation",constructing accurate target police model of"Intelligence plus control",and practising the service model of"network plus service".
