治安学专业实践教学院局合作的反思——以湖南警察学院为例

Reflections on College-department Cooperation in the Practical Teaching of Public Security Science: A Case Study of Hunan Police College

目前,院局合作实践教学取得了有目共睹的成效,但新时代社会变迁带来了新业态,新业态带来了新的治安需求,院局合作实践教学中仍然存在重任务轻责任、重业务轻思政、重形式轻过程、重现在轻未来等不正常现象。可按照“规范管理、资源共享、重点突破、有序推进”的总思路,从广度、深度、精度、力度四个维度渐次推进院局双方的深度合作。并重视课程设计和过程管理,正视问题与挑战,校准定位,以人为本,立德树人,以求得更好的实效。

At present,obvious achievements have been made in college-department cooperation in the practical teaching in college-department cooperation.However,the new era of social change has brought about the new forms of operation,which gives rise to new security requirements.The previous college-department cooperation in the practical teaching still witnesses some abnormal phenomena,namely,emphasis is placed on tasks other than on responsibilities;focus is placed on operation other than on ideological and politicaleducation,;stress is placed on form other than on process,and importance is attached to the present other than to the future.According to the general idea of"standardized management,resource sharing,key breakthroughs and orderly progress",in-depth college-department cooperation in the practical teaching can be gradually promoted from four dimensions of breadth,depth,precision and intensity.Efforts should be made to attach importance to curriculum design and process management,face up to problems and challenges and calibrate positioning so as to obtain better results through people-orientation and moral cultivation,.
