教育公平视野下的老年大学分流入学模式探索――以绍兴市老年大学为例

On Enrollment Diversions in Senior Universities for Education Equity――A Case Study of Shaoxing Seniors University

随着老龄化社会的发展,老年教育需求呈递增态势,与此对应的是老年教育资源供给短缺状态.本文以绍兴市老年大学为例,从教育公平的角度探索老年教育人口与资源现状,以及现有的一元化办学为主的老年教育模式的缺失,探讨以分流入学的模式缓解老年教育资源的配置问题.

With the development of the aging society the education resource for the elderly is a serious shortage in the supply while the demand assumes increases progressively.This paper,taking Shaoxing Seniors University as an example,explores the current states of the elderly population and resource from the perspective of education equality,as well as the shortages of the elderly education mode of the present unified model,and then discusses the enrollment diversions as a way to alleviate the shortage of resources allocation.
