外来农民工城市文化融合探讨――基于2016年宁波社会调查的实证考察

文化融合是外来移民融入当地社会的重要条件和必经过程.2016年宁波社会调查数据表明,外来农民工的文化水平总体较低,业余文化生活较为贫乏,知识和技能培训有待加强.因此,在农民工城市文化融合进程中,政府要加强公共文化服务,切实保障农民工文化权益;社区要努力优化城市文化生活环境,积极开展针对农民工的文化娱乐活动;各类群众组织要充分发挥在农民工城市文化融合中的桥梁纽带作用;城市居民要不断提高社会文化包容性.通过多方齐心协力、齐抓共管,以促进农民工市民化的较快发展.

Cultural integration is an important premise and inevitable process for immigrants to integrate into the receiving society.According to our survey conducted in 2016,migrant workers are in disadvantaged position in terms of education,cultural life,professional expertise and skills.Therefore,to promote migrant workers'cultural integration in the receiving cities,governments should strengthen public cultural services to protect their cultural interests;communities should hold more cultural events for migrant workers to optimize urban cultural environment;social organizations should play their full role as a bridge in migrant workers cultural integration;citizens of the receiving society should improve their sociocultural inclusiveness.The joint effort from all walks of life in society can greatly promote migrant workers,urbanization.
