基于马斯洛需求层次理论的高校工会工作探析 被引量:2

摘要 为更好地发挥高校工会的工作职能,本文以马斯洛需求层次理论为理论依据,分析了高校工会对自身职能定位缺乏清晰认识、缺乏对教职工需求差异化的认识,以及组织体制造成履职维权难度较大的现状,提出了应正确、深刻认识高校工会的职能,以教职工需求为导向构建双向良性互动的工作机制,发挥好工会的桥梁和纽带作用的工作思路。 In order to better develop the function of the labour union in colleges and universities,this paper regards Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the basic theory analyses the current situation that the Labour Union in colleges and universities lacks in its proper understanding of their own functional orientation,of the differences in the needs of teachers and staff, and of the organizational system,which makes it difficult to perform its duties and safeguard rights.Therefore,the paper puts forward the working idea that we should correctly and profoundly understand the functions of labour union in colleges and universities,construct a two-way benign and interactive working mechanism guided by the needs of teachers and staff,and give full play to the role of the trade union as bridges and links.
