艺术类高职院校学生就业问题研究――以浙江高职艺术院校为例

Study on Employment of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges of Art――Taking Higher Vocational Colleges of Art in Zhejiang Province as example

就业是民生之本.近年来,“艺考热”逐渐升温导致了艺术类高职院校毕业生人数呈高速上涨态势,由此而产生的就业问题也尤为突出.研究以浙江高职艺术院校为例,采用文献检索法、调查法和个别访谈相结合的方法,通过对在校学生、教师和多家用人单位负责人的访谈,并结合调研数据,明确了艺术类高职院校学生的就业问题及成因,从而提出化解该类学生就业问题的策略.文章针对学院和学生两个方面提出建议,希望能够增强学生的就业竞争力,对艺术类高职院校毕业生就业现况改善发挥积极效应.

"Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood". In recent years, more and more junior high students choose the "art examination" as their approach to universities, which has led to a rapid rise in the number of graduates of art vocational colleges, and the problem of employment brought by this is also particularly prominent. Taking higher vocational colleges of Art in Zhejiang Province as an example, this study, with a combination of literature review, investigation and individual interviews, interviewed students, teachers and the heads of several employing units. Combing with research data, this study clarified the problems of employment and relative causes, and put forward strategies to resolve the employment problems of these students. This paper puts forward suggestions for colleges and students in the hope that it can enhance the employment competitiveness of students and exert positive effect on improving the employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges of Art.
