摘要
培养环境设计专业硕士旨在培养具有学术能力和职业技能的高层次环境设计人才。当前很多高校的培养在职业技能、学术能力、考核评价机制等方面存在着不少问题,很难满足社会和行业的需求。协同培养机制的引入为环境设计专业硕士人才的培养提供了解决这些问题的新思路。文章总结了目前高校环境设计专业硕士人才培养的相关困境,探讨了基于协同模式下的环境设计专业硕士培养对策和培养机制,为环境设计专业硕士学术能力与职业技能综合提升提供启示和借鉴。
The Master of Environmental Design is designed to develop high-level design talents with academic andvocational skills. At present, there are many problems in the training of colleges and universities in termsof vocational skills, academic ability, assessment and evaluation mechanism, etc.This can’t meet theneeds of society and industry. The introduction of the collaborative training mechanism provides a newway to solve these problems for the cultivation of environmental design professional masters. This papersummarizes the current dilemma of the training of masters in environmental design majors in collegesand universities, and discusses the masters training strategies and training mechanisms of environmentaldesign under the collaborative mode, aiming at providing inspiration and reference for the comprehensiveimprovement of academic ability and vocational skills of environmental design majors.
