农垦区城镇化建设模式研究——以海南省澄迈县南部六镇为例

Study on the Mode of Urbanization in Agricultural Reclamation Area——A Case of Southern Six Towns in Chengmai County Hainan Province

农垦城镇化建设是国家城镇化发展战略的重要组成部分。首先,文章对农垦区农场发展现状进行了梳理,总结了其发展特点和发展问题;其次,文章以澄迈县南部六镇为例,提出对于农垦区城镇化模式的研究,包括政策指引、城镇化方向、城镇化类型、空间布局模式和产业发展模式五部分。

The urbanization in agricultural reclamation area is an important part in the national urbanizationdevelopment strategies. First, the current status of the development of the farms in agriculturalreclamation area is sorted out and its development characteristics and the development problemsare summarized. Second, exampled by the southern six towns in Chengmai County, the study on theurbanization mode of agricultural reclamation area is proposed, including five parts of political guidance,urbanization direction, urbanization type, spatial layout model as well as industrial development mode.
