传统村落“自组织”保护的村民意愿分析——以浙江省兰溪市为例

Analysis of Villagers’ Willingness to Protect Self-Organization in Traditional Villages——A Case Study in Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province

文章反思我国当前传统村落保护存在的问题及原因,引入自组织保护的理念,对比传统村落保护的“他组织”和“自组织”两种途径,提出传统村落保护的动力应来源于村民的自身需求和主动参与,要实现传统村落的合理保护必须坚持村民的行为主体地位。并通过对浙江兰溪传统村落村民意愿的调查分析,找出村民意愿中影响自组织保护的有利因素和不利因素,论证传统村落自组织保护的实施可行性。

After introspecting on the problems and reasons of the current traditional village protection in China,this paper introduces the concept of self-organizing protection. Comparing "other organization" and"self-organization" as the two protectional ways,the rusult of comparison is put forward as below: themotive of traditional village protection should come from villagers' own needs and their desires for activeparticipation, the achivement of traditional villages' proper protection based on the adherence to villagers'dominant role. Through the investigation and analysis of the intentions of inhabitants in the case traditionalvillages of Lanxi, Zhejiang, we find out the favorable and unfavorable factors which affect villagers'intensions for self-organizing protection, and then demonstrate the feasibility of implementing selforganizingprotection.
