基于农村普通传统民居保护的一户一宅相关政策改进研究

The Research of Improving the Policy of One Household One House, Based on the Protection of Rural Ordinary Traditional House

随着城市化和新农村建设速度的加快,大批不可再生的传统村落与传统民居迅速消失,“一户一宅”政策在无意之中成为其重要推手。文章讨论了“一户一宅”相关政策对农村普通传统民居保护的影响与冲突,并参考相关政策,提出基于农村普通传统民居保护的“一户一宅”法规与相关政策改进建议。

With the acceleration of urbanization and the construction of new rural areas, a large number of nonrenewabletraditional villages and traditional houses have quickly disappeared, and the policy of "onehousehold,one house" has become an important driver. This paper discusses the impacts and conflictsof "one household,one house" related policies on the protection of ordinary traditional dwellings, andproposes "one household, one house" regulations and related policy improvement suggestions based onordinary traditional dwelling protection referring to relevant policies.
