DEA与灰色预测算法对城市人才就业期望问题研究——基于2015-2018年杭州市人才市场信息分析

Research on employment expectation of talents and urban development based on DEA and grey prediction algorithm——data from information analysis of Hangzhou talent market from 2015 to 2018

人才充分实现就业,是反应城市稳定性和可持续性的重要特征,是社会资源充分利用的充分体现,更是国家经济发展的重要因素之一,关系到社会稳定、城市发展和国家经济发展等重大利益层面,是影响我国新时代建设的重要基石。针对社会待就业和高校毕业生人才就业期望以及与城市相关发展问题,以2015-2018年浙江省杭州市人才市场作为面板从关联指标上进行相关分析,采用数据包络分析和灰色预测等算法探究近四年杭州市人才市场的情况,并就如何最大效应实现充分就业和就业与城市发展相结合提出具有建设性意义的策略。

Full employment is an important feature reflecting the stability and sustainability of cities,a full reflection of the full utilization of social resources,and an important factor in the development of national economy.It is related to social stability,urban development and national economic development and other important interests,and it is also an important cornerstone affecting the construction of the new era in China.In view of the social unemployment and the employment expectation of graduates from universities and the problems related to the city development,a correlation analysis on the correlation index of Hangzhou talent market in Zhejiang Province from 2015 to 2018 was conducted,the situation of Hangzhou talent market in the past four years by using data envelopment analysis and grey prediction algorithm was investigated,and constructive strategies on how to maximize full employment and integrate urban development were put forward.
