摘要
介绍了有关汽车轮毂轴承单元密封件独特的密封结构设计及重要性。利用ansys软件对各密封唇口的接触应力进行分析,得到该结构的设计安全性。通过实际的对比试验分析,得出该密封件的性能优越性,验证了该密封件的可行性。
The unique seal geometry design and importance of seals for the automotive hub bearing unit were introduced.The contact stress of each seal lip was analyzed by ANSYS software,and the design safety of the structure was obtained.Through the actual comparative test and analysis,the superiority of the performance of the seal is obtained,and the feasibility of the seal is verified.
