摘要
以6082铝合金为研究对象进行摩擦磨损实验,分析磨损转速对摩擦系数(μ)、磨损重量以及磨损形貌的影响规律。结果显示,6082铝合金常温下μ随磨损转速的增加先减小后增大,磨损重量变化与μ变化相一致。当磨损转速为392转/min时,磨损机制主要是粘着磨损;当磨损转速为590转/min时,磨损机制以磨粒磨损和犁沟磨损为主;当磨损转速为792转/min时,磨损主机制主要以磨粒磨损和粘着磨损为主。
The friction and wear test of 6082 Aluminum alloy was carried out.The effect of wear speed on friction coefficient(μ),wear weight and wear morphology of 6082 Aluminum alloy was analyzed.The results show that the friction coefficient of 6082 Aluminum alloy at room temperature decreases first and then increases with the increase of wear speed,and the change of wear weight is consistent with the change of friction coefficient.When the wear speed was 392 rpm,the obtained wear was mainly adhesive wear;when the wear speed is 590 rpm,the wear was mainly abrasive wear and furrow wear;when the wear speed was 792 rpm,the wear was mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
