高职教育产教融合机制创新研究——基于服务宁波经济视角

Research on the Innovation of Production and Education Integration in Higher Vocational Education——Based on the perspective of serving Ningbo local economy

本研究以高职教育产教融合的理论基础作为切入点,对其相关概念进行了界定,并从3个不同层面的理论具体展现了理论支撑,之后切入到宁波视角,对宁波市的高职教育产教融合的特点和现状进行了分析,找出了机制创新工作中存在的问题以及产生这些问题的原因,针对得出的结论提出了在机制创新中应该遵循怎样的原则以及要按照什么样的对策来展开工作.

Taking the theoretical basis of the production and education integration in higher vocational education as the starting point,this research defines its related concepts,and shows the theoretical support from three different levels of theory.Then,from the perspective of Ningbo,this paper analyzes the characteristics and present situation of the production and education integration in higher vocational education in Ningbo,and finds out the problems existing in the work of mechanism innovation and the causes of these problems.In view of the conclusions,the paper puts forward what principles should be followed in the mechanism innovation and what countermeasures should be followed to carry out the work.
