摘要
使用碳纤维板加固桥梁往往会出现碳纤维板力学性能利用不足导致加固效果不明显,必须要改进碳纤维板的锚固方式来提高加固效果。通过分析加固原理及其预应力损失原因,设计出一套具有多个张拉端并且同时可以张拉多层碳纤维板的锚固设备来锚固碳纤维板。通过对比疲劳荷载试验数据,在相同的工作环境下,使用多张拉端的锚固设备比使用普通的单张拉锚固设备的碳纤维板预应力损失减少约22.98%。使用改进的多张拉端锚固设备锚固碳纤维板来加固桥梁,可以有效提升桥梁的加固效果,提升碳纤维板的使用效率,具有较大工程意义。
Strengthening bridges with carbon fiber plates often results in insufficient utilization of the mechanical properties of carbon fiber plates,which leads to unobvious reinforcement effect.The anchoring method of carbon fiber plates should be promoted to improve the reinforcement effect.By analyzing the reinforcement principle and the reason of prestress loss,a set of anchoring equipment with multiple tensioning ends and simultaneously tensioning multi-layer carbon fiber plates is designed to anchor the carbon fiber plates.By comparing the fatigue load test data,under the same working environment,the prestress loss of the carbon fiber plate using the multi-tension end anchoring device is reduced by 22.98% compared with the common single-tension anchoring device.The use of improved multi-tension end anchoring equipment to anchor carbon fiber plates of reinforced bridges can effectively improve the reinforcement effect of bridges and the use efficiency of carbon fiber plates,which has great engineering significance.
