质量智能管控系统在铁本高速路面施工中的应用

Application of Intelligent Quality Control System in Construction of Tieling-Benxi Expressway Pavement

本文依托于辽宁中部环线高速公路铁岭至本溪段项目,在路面施工阶段通过引入路面施工智能管控系统在拌合站和摊铺作业现场应用,实现了从混合料生产、运输、摊铺碾压各个环节的动态质量监控,及时解决发现的问题,保证了路面施工质量,为提高路面施工阶段的现代化有效管理起到了借鉴推广作用。

Based on the Tieling to Benxi section of the Central Ring Road Expressway in Liaoning Province,this article introduces the pavement construction intelligent control system in the pavement construction stage,which is applied at the mixing station and the paving operation site.It is realized the dynamic quality monitoring from the production,transportation,paving and rolling of the mixture,timely solved the problems,so as to ensure the construction quality of the pavement and promot the modernization and effective management of the pavement construction.
