压力灌浆技术在高速公路路基施工中的应用

Application of Pressure Grouting Technology in Highway Subgrade Construction

为研究高速公路路基施工相关技术。本文结合实际工程,介绍了压力灌浆技术施工原理、灌浆管埋方式、灌浆形式,重点研究了压力灌浆技术的施工工艺流程,并在具体工程中进行了应用。研究结果表明,压力灌浆技术成本低廉,具有很高的适用性,在高速公路路基施工过程中,经压力灌浆后,能有效提高公路路基强度,降低路基施工难度,减少施工投入成本,且能预防公路病害的发生。

In order to study the related technology of highway subgrade construction and combining with practical engineering,this paper introduces the construction principle of pressure grouting technology,grouting pipe burial method,grouting form,and focuses on the construction process of pressure grouting technology,which has been applied in specific projects.The results show that the pressure grouting technology has low cost and high applicability.In the process of highway subgrade construction,after pressure grouting,it can effectively improve the strength of highway subgrade,reduce the difficulty of subgrade construction and the cost of construction investment,and prevent the occurrence of highway diseases.
