摘要
针对教学过程中学生主体地位薄弱、个体化差异被忽视的问题,为了满足军校管理特殊要求,开发基于校园网的自主学习训练计划管理系统,制定学生自主学习管理运行规章制度,丰富建设在线教学资源,引导军校学员的课外碎片化学习,开展自主课外训练模式改革。通过计算机基础课程阶段性效果证明,较好激发学生学习主动性,满足课程学习固强补弱的需求,推动教学关系由“教为主导学为主体”向“教与学的共同体”转变。
Aiming at the problems of weak subject status and individualized differences in the teaching process,and satisfying the special require?ments of military school management,develops the campus network-based autonomous learning training program management system,en?acts the rules and regulations for students'self-learning management and operation,enriches online teaching resources,in order to guide the fragmented learning outside the classroom of military school students,and carry out the reform of independent extracurricular training mode.It is proved by the phased effect of the computer basic course that this model can better stimulate students'initiative,meet the needs of curriculum learning,and promote the transformation of teaching relationship from teaching as the mainstay to teaching and learning com?munity.
