摘要
本文探讨美国职业教育新任教师的专业发展方案及实施方法,概述其相关做法在我国师资队伍建设中的可行性,分析了我国职业教育新任教师专业发展的现状,并提出我国职业教育领域对新任教师培养及辅导新任教师专业发展的可行做法的建议与思考。
In this paper,we first discussed the design and implementation of professional development programs for new teachers in American vocational education.Then we outlined the feasibility of these practices for Chinese teachers and analyzed the current situation of the professional development for new teachers in Chinese vocational education.Finally,we proposed several suggestions on how to cultivate and mentor new teachers by adopting these professional development programs.
