西部农村中小学发展学生核心素养的对策探析

摘要 西部农村中小学校由于受地域偏僻、师资薄弱、观念保守、设施落后等条件的限制,在落实发展学生核心素养时,普遍困扰于学校定位不明、师资力量薄弱、管理水平落后、校园生活单一等问题,需要积极转变观念,做好学校顶层设计、规范教育教学管理、加强教师交流与培训、打造特色鲜明的校园文化等,才能真正有效地发展学生核心素养,大踏步赶上我国教育改革创新的时代步伐。 Developing students'core literacy is an important measure to fulfill the fundamental task of morality and talent education.However,many rural primary and secondary schools in Western China are restricted by such conditions as the remote areas,the shortage of teachers,conservative ideas and backward facilities.Therefore,when implementing the policy to develop students'core literacy,they are generally plagued by such problems as the unclear orientation of the school,the weak faculty,the backward management and the monotony of campus life.We should change our ideas actively,the top design,the specification,completes the school education teaching management,strengthening the teachers exchange and training,creating distinctive campus culture,etc.Only in this way can we truly and effectively develop students'core literacy and make great strides to catch up with the pace of educational reform and innovation in China.
