摘要
基于蚁群算法建立有杆泵排采系统可靠度的数学模型,并将蚂蚁对节点吸引强度的两种状态转移规则应用到对设备数量与类型的选择,利用信息素更新原则揭示有杆泵排采系统属性的变化。结果表明,适当增加子系统设备数量,可提高系统可靠度。但是,设备数量过多,可靠度可能骤降为0;增加系统的质量、井筒空间和工程造价,有杆泵系统可靠度先是显著上升,而后趋于平稳;系统的约束条件较低时,减少排采设备数量,可优先获得一定的可靠度;提高工程造价,能够使系统获得更高的可靠度。由此调整有杆泵排采系统的初始约束条件,根据冗余设计结果给出设备数量与类型的布局方案,实现有杆泵冗余系统可靠性的优化设计。
The reliability model of sucker rod pumping system was developed based on ant colony algorithm.The two state transition rules of attraction strength were applied to select the quantity and type of components.The pheromone update principle was used to reveal the variation of pumping system properties.The results show that the reliability of the system can be improved due to the increase of subsystems and the reliability suddenly drops to 0 due to the large number of components.With the increase of system quality,volume and price,the reliability shows a tendency of rising first and then stabilizes.When the constraints of the system are low,the number of drainage equipment is reduced,and a certain degree of reliability can be obtained preferentially.The increasing of the project cost can make the system more reliable.The initial constraint conditions can be adjusted and the layout scheme of number and type of components could be obtained based on the results and the reliability of redundancy system could be optimized.
