深水结构物监测耐压壳体的密封结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 在工作水深不低于1 000 m、静水压力为15 MPa,温度-18~70℃的条件下,设计了深水结构物监测耐压壳体的密封结构,包括该耐压外壳与上端盖的密封结构设计。首先对耐压壳体的材料、结构进行设计,对耐压外壳的稳定性进行校核计算,从理论上验证了结构、尺寸的可靠性。结合所设计的壳体结构,对O形圈的密封性能进行了理论计算和有限元分析,两者的结果基本一致,表明该耐压壳体的密封结构设计合理。 The sealing structure of the deep water monitoring pressure-resistant shell,including the sealing design of the pressure-resistant shell and the upper end cover was designed for the condition that the working water depth is not less than 1000 m,the design static pressure is 15 MPa,and the temperature is-18~70℃,The material and structure of the pressure-resistant shell were designed,the stability of the pressure-resistant shell was checked and the reliability of the structure is theoretically verified.Combined with the designed shell structure,the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of the sealing performance of the O-ring were carried out and the results are basically the same,which proves that the sealing structure of the pressure-resistant shell is reasonable.
