稠油热采工具30CrMo和1Cr13材质的腐蚀试验研究

摘要 针对热采作业过程中出现的井口装置腐蚀刺漏、井下工具腐蚀破坏等问题,利用高温高压釜模拟油田实际生产环境进行腐蚀试验。分析30CrMo和1Cr13的腐蚀速率,确定其腐蚀类型,为井口装置和井下工具寿命预测提供依据。研究表明:生产阶段,30CrMo为中度腐蚀,1Cr13为轻微腐蚀;注热阶段,30CrMo为极严重腐蚀,随腐蚀时间延长,平均腐蚀速率减小;注热7 d时,1Cr13为极严重腐蚀,且有局部点蚀;注热21 d时,1Cr13为严重腐蚀;注热阶段腐蚀产物为Fe3O4。 Aiming at the problems of corrosion leakage of wellhead and corrosion damage of downhole tools in thermal recovery,a high temperature autoclave was used to simulate the actual production environment of thermal recovery for corrosion tests.The corrosion rates of 30CrMo and 1Cr13 were analyzed to determine the corrosion resistance,which provides a basis for the life prediction of wellhead and downhole tools.The results show that the corrosion rate of 30CrMo is moderate and the corrosion rate of 1Cr13 is low in the production stage.The corrosion rate of 30CrMo is severe in the steam injection stage.The corrosion rate decreases with prolonged corrosion time.The corrosion rate of 1Cr13 is severe and pitting?occurs when steam was injected for 7 days.The corrosion rate of 1Cr13 is high when steam was injected for 21 days and the corrosion product is Fe 3O 4 in steam injection stage.
