换电站空间温度场仿真及优化

摘要 换电站环境温度对蓄电池充电效果具有重要影响,优化制冷方案,提高温度场均匀性对更好满足换电站温度场需求、节能减耗具有重要意义。通过建立换电站模型,应用k-ε两方程湍流模型对换电站夏季工况下的温度场进行数值仿真研究,流场计算采用SIMPLE算法。给出了夏季换电站内温度场云图,进行了相应实验,实测值与仿真值最大相对误差为8.23%,证明了仿真模型正确性。并对换电站温度场进行了优化,用温度不均匀系数对优化前后的空间温度场进行评价。结果表明,由垂直向下的送风方式变为倾斜角度的送风方式,空间温度场均匀性更好。对此类建筑空调温度优化具有指导意义。 The temperature of the EV charging station has an important influence on the charging effect of the batteries.Optimizing the refrigeration scheme and improving the uniformity of temperature field and flow field are of great significance to better meet the needs of temperature field of the EV charging station and to save energy and reduce consumption.A turbulent model is used to simulate the temperature field of an EV charging station in summer.SIMPLE algorithm is used to calculate the flow field.The cloud diagram of temperature field in summer of EV charging station is given,and corresponding experiments are carried out.The maximum relative error between the measured value and the simulated value is 8.23%,which proves the correctness of the simulation model.The temperature field of the EV charging station is optimized.The temperature field before and after optimization are evaluated by temperature non-uniformity coefficient.The results show that the uniformity of temperature field is better when the vertical downward air supply mode is changed into the inclined air supply mode.It has guiding significance for the temperature optimization of such buildings.
